Acacia Honey
Acacia honey is harvested in the spring and is considered one of the most appreciated and delicate types of honey. It has a light and clear color and a liquid consistency with little tendency to crystallize. The taste is delicate, sweet and slightly fruity. It’s very versatile in the kitchen, perfect for sweets and desserts, as well as cheese and meat. It is also known for its medicinal properties, including the ability to soothe cough and sore throat, thanks to its richness in antioxidants. It’s easy to digest and has anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties.
